These terms apply to your use of realvirtualpoker.com

1. Virtual chips only

All chips are virtual. They have no money value, cannot be bought, sold, transferred or cashed out, and there are no prizes. Chip balances can be reset or changed to keep the game fair.

2. Accounts

You must be 18 or older. Keep your password safe and use one account per person. We may suspend accounts that cheat, collude, abuse other players or try to break the site.

3. Club pass

The Club pass gives access to create private rooms and Sit & Go tournaments, a saved hand history and table styles for the period shown at purchase (for example 30 days). It is paid in cryptocurrency through NOWPayments and does not renew automatically. It does not buy chips or any advantage in the game. Refund rules: no refund available.

4. Fair play

The server shuffles and deals every hand. Using bots, sharing cards with other players at the same table, creating extra accounts to collect invite chips or exploiting bugs is not allowed. Tournament prizes, daily free chips and invite chips are virtual chips.

Be friendly in the table chat. Hosts can remove players from their rooms, and we may remove messages or accounts that abuse others.

5. Availability

We work to keep the site running but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. Rooms that stay inactive are closed and the chips go back to the wallets.

6. Blog content

Some older articles discuss real-money gambling. They are for information only. Real-money gambling may be illegal where you live.
