This policy explains what data Real Virtual Poker (“we”) collects and why. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect
- Account data: your nickname, email address and a password (stored encrypted). If you continue with Google, we receive your name, email address and a Google account ID.
- Game data: your virtual chip balance, level, achievements and daily free-chips streak, the rooms you create or join and the hands you play. Club members can keep their last 200 hands, which we store for their hand history.
- Table chat: messages you send in a room are shown to the players and spectators of that room and are deleted when the room closes.
- Invitations: if you open a friend’s invite link, a cookie (rvp_ref) remembers the invite for 30 days so both of you can get the free chips when you create an account.
- Club pass payments: the date, amount, coin and payment status. Payments are handled by NOWPayments. We do not receive or store wallet private keys.
- Technical data: IP address and browser data in server logs, and small items in your browser’s storage that keep you in your room and remember your sound and coach settings.
Why we use it
To run your account and the games, to activate and support the Club pass, to keep the site secure and to answer your messages. We do not sell your data.
Who we share it with
Our hosting provider, Google (only if you choose Google sign-in) and NOWPayments (only if you buy a Club pass).
How long we keep it
Account and game data: until you delete your account.
Your rights
You can see and change your nickname in My account, and delete your account there at any time. You can also ask us for a copy of your data or for correction or deletion at [email protected]. You may complain to your data protection authority.

The site is for people aged 18 and over.
